Most of people know about the Holy Family's creator. Antoni Gaudí i Cornet was a Spanish-Catalan architect born in Reus on the 25th June 1852, and he became a well-known domain expertise of the Catalan Modernism.
Gaudí's style can be broken down in two different main things: the well-known "trencadís" and a certain hate towards straight lines. In fact, Gaudí was also known for his strong dislike with straight lines and shapes, so that he was always trying to design buildings and other shapes wigh curved lines as much as he could. Then again, the "trencadís" is one of the most eventful ways to reflect his designs. One of the places that represents perfectly this kind of modern and innovative style if the Park Güell, where most of its design belongs to Gaudí's ideas.
